Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gk44 platform located at gk44.vip (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of gk44 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility and Registration

gk44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, residence, and payment method ownership at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gk44 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration is limited to one account per person. gk44 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. The existence of more than one account associated with a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

Account Management

Upon successful registration, gk44 will provide you with access to a personal account (the "Account") through which you may access the Platform's games, betting markets, and financial services. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. gk44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, where required to do so by applicable law or regulation, or where it deems such action necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gk44 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and gk44 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any particular method.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account instantly. gk44 does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name. Any deposit originating from a third-party payment account will be returned, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity and payment method verification. gk44 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of verification completion; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being processed at any given time.

• gk44 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which gk44 bears no responsibility.
• All transactions are subject to gk44's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention checks. gk44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• gk44 reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or cancel any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

If a payment is returned, declined, or charged back by your payment provider, gk44 reserves the right to debit the corresponding amount from your Account balance, suspend your Account, and initiate recovery proceedings for any resulting loss.

Bonuses and Promotions

gk44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting boosts. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified; bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless specified otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Each eligible player may claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by registering multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on gk44 are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. gk44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets once they have been confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by the rules applicable to a specific market or event.

Casino game outcomes on gk44 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. gk44 does not control, modify, or influence the outcome of any casino game. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gk44 Platform. Any user found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances may be forfeited:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any time during the account lifecycle.
